Icon x Icon: Tracee Ellis Ross and MAC Are Teaming Up For The Ultimate Holiday Gift

Beauty

If you know anything about Tracee Ellis Ross, you understand that her fierce curls and bold red lipstick are her signature look, so often seen on red carpets and at chic get-togethers. So it should come as no surprise that her haircare line, Pattern, is launching a collaboration with iconic makeup company MAC.

$35.00

The kit named “The Holy Grail”, retails for $35 and contains two of the companies most iconic products. From Pattern, the Leave-In Conditioner, which adds moisture and definition to waves, curls, and coils, all while taming frizz and flyaways. From MAC, the kit includes the bestselling Retro Matte Lipstick in Ruby Woo, a personal favorite for Ross and widely touted as the best red lipstick on the market.

“My two holy grails in one,” Ross says about the collaboration with MAC. “The perfect pout to match your Pattern.” Emblazoned on the Leave-In Conditioner is also an adorable red pout, which matches the tone of Ruby Woo. The idea behind this collaboration is to make the perfect kit for effortless holiday beauty–comb the Leave-In through your tresses as a one-step-wonder, then swipe on some lipstick for a touch of glam.

This is the first co-brand collaboration for Pattern, but we hope it’s not the last. It is also ideal for anyone who wants to cut down on the number of products needed to achieve the ultimate holiday glam without sacrificing the right amount of drama.

You can shop the holy grail kit now on patternbeauty.com and at Ulta stores on October 24th.
