Meet the Cast of Selling Tampa, Your Next Reality TV Obsession

If you burned your way through season 4 of Selling Sunset in record time, then you’re probably in desperate need of your next reality TV obsession. Luckily, Netflix knows its audience and has dropped its first Selling Sunset spin-off, Selling Tampa, right before the holiday season.

This time, the action is taking place on the East Coast and follows the real estate agents working at the all-Black, all-female brokerage Allure Realty in Tampa, Florida.

Here’s what you need to know about the cast of your new favorite reality TV series.

Sharelle Rosado

As the founder of Allure Realty, Sharelle Rosado is a major player in Selling Tampa. With branches in Tampa Bay (which is the focus of Netflix’s new series) and Miami, Rosado’s company has achieved a lot in a short period of time, having only been founded in 2019.

As noted on her official website, Sharelle is a former Paratrooper in the United States Army, and she recently told House Beautiful, “A lot of people don’t know that I suffer from PTSD … But I don’t allow that to stop what I want to achieve in life.”

Alongside running Allure Realty, Sharelle also has a passion for mentoring. Outside of business, Sharelle is engaged to former NFL player Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson, with whom she’s expecting a baby.

Rena Upshaw Frazier

Joining Sharelle at Allure Realty is Rena Upshaw Frazier, a mother of four with a passion for all things Tampa Bay. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Rena worked in real estate law and holds a law degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Citing Frank Lloyd Wright as her inspiration, Rena launched her own design firm, Greycliff Interiors, LLC, specializing in chic interiors and staging properties to achieve the best possible price at sale.

Colony Reeves

A former preschool teacher, Colony Reeves switched gears to become a real estate agent, and has had great success ever since. As well as being one of the first agents to join Allure Realty, Colony has gone on to become one of the brokerage’s top-selling agents.

Alongside selling high-end real estate, the Tampa native is keen to educate people about the importance of home-ownership and wealth building.

Juawana Colbert

Juawana Colbert is a real estate agent and the office manager at Allure Realty, and she previously worked in economic development. As she told House Beautiful, “I like to have a good time, but I like to handle my business first.”

Juawana recently revealed on Instagram that she was born in Los Angeles, she’s a big fan of French Fries and hot sauce, she’s definitely a morning person, and she’s always been interested in real estate, having lived all over the U.S. Juawana is also a grandmother, and regularly shares photos of her son and his children on social media.

Anne-Sophie Petit-Frere

Anne-Sophie Petit-Frere, who hails from Haiti, was a property accountant and a freelance makeup artist before becoming a top real estate agent. She moved from Haiti to Florida in 2005, and speaks French, Haitian Creole, and English.

According to the official Selling Tampa Instagram account, Sophie has a passion for customer service, and loves working with clients to get them the best deals possible.

Tennille Moore

Tennille Moore was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida, so she knows the region extremely well. As a result, she’s quickly become one of Allure Realty’s top brokers.

Prior to working as a real estate agent, Tennille was the chief legislative assistant for the Florida Senate, and she’s also a certified credit repair specialist. She’s also a mom.

Alexis Williams

Alexis Williams turned 30 in 2021, and her thirties already seem to be going great. Alexis specializes in selling residential properties, and recently told House Beautiful, “I like to party, which you might see a little bit on the show, but I am still about my business.”

She apparently got involved with Allure by chance; she overheard Sharelle talking about her brokerage while she was getting her lashes done (eyes closed), and they connected from there, she told Distractify. Alexis and NFL player Michael Gillislee share a son named Jordan.

Karla Giorgio

Karla Giorgio was born in Caracas, Venezuela, before moving to Orlando, Florida with her family. A successful real estate professional, Karla regularly sells multi-million dollar properties, and is an asset to Allure Realty.

Karla developed her astute sales skills by working at her father’s car dealership from the age of 16. She remains a car enthusiast to this day, even as a mother of three.

One other thing I would like to convey is that as opposed to trying to suit all your online degree classes on times that you end work (since most people are exhausted when they come home), try to have most of your lessons on the weekends and only one or two courses for weekdays, even if it means a little time off your weekend break. This pays off because on the weekends, you will be more rested along with concentrated for school work. Thanks a lot for the different ideas I have mastered from your weblog.
