Blackpink’s Rosé Park attended the LACMA Art + Film Gala red carpet on Saturday, wearing a stunning hooded dress by Saint Laurent. The gown was composed of a long black skirt with a cutout wrap around top that exposed her torso and shoulders. The black fabric looped up over her rose-gold hair, which was in one long braid over her shoulder.
She also carried a small black clutch purse and accessorized with an elaborate gold bracelet on one wrist.
The LACMA Art+Film Gala honours artists and filmmakers and is used to fundraise for the museum’s initiatives, exhibitions, and programming. This event was particularly focused on adding more film-based art to the museum’s programming. This year, the event was co-chaired by Leonardo DiCaprio and Eva Chow, and honored artists artist Helen Pashgian, an “influential pioneer of Southern California’s Light and Space movement,” along with Korean filmmaker Park Chan-wook.
Blackpink recently finished their BORN PINK world tour in Seoul and began their American leg this month. The K-Pop group will be touring across Europe, Australia and South East Asia after their time in the U.S.
Rosé is also more busy because she was recently named as a Sulwhasoo global ambassador, a luxurious Korean skincare brand that is almost as wildly popular as the band.
“It is an honor for me to be with Sulwhasoo as its brand global ambassador of the products, which not only my mom but also myself have been using for a long time,” the singer announced in a press release on her new business venture. “It is such a great delight and pleasant opportunity, and this shooting experience was super fun and inspirational; I am also curious about how today’s campaign story would unfold in the future.”
