Inside Rihanna and Boyfriend A$AP Rocky’s Relationship 6 Months Into Parenthood and Thoughts On More Kids

Culture

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky have been parents since May, to a baby boy who’s name and face remain out of the public light. The couple have returned to red carpet events and outings after some months at home, but they are apparently enjoying being parents and considering having more children soon.

“Rihanna and ASAP are very open to more kids, they love being parents and having a family,” a source told US Weekly. “Having this family together has brought them so much closer, they are more loved up now than ever.”

“They rarely leave their baby’s side,” another insider said. “They’re being very private about their newborn out of concern for his safety and really just want to keep him away from the public eye for the time being… They both feel really blessed and couldn’t be happier.”

The source added, “Rihanna’s not in a rush to lose the baby weight. She’s really embraced her body and doesn’t feel pressure to lose it quickly. Rihanna is a workaholic so it’s nice to see her taking the time to flourish in motherhood.”

After all this time with the family, Rihanna suddenly has a rush of projects. She contributed two songs to the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack and agreed to headline the Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show in 2023. She also just premiered her Savage x Fenty show on Amazon Prime, releasing new lingerie looks to the world.

She and Rocky have been romantically connected since December of 2019, not confirming their relationship until 2021.

“[It’s] so much better when you got The One. She amounts to probably, like, a million of the other ones,” Rocky told GQ at the time. “I think when you know, you know. She’s The One.”
