Model Heidi Klum is famous for her Halloween costume parties, and she is already considering her guest list. At the top of it are Eras Tour star Taylor Swift and her new romantic interest, NFL star Travis Kelce. In a conversation with the Daily Mail, Klum essentially offered an open invitation to the pair.
“I would love to invite them,” she said at the American’s Got Talent show finale, which Klum judges.
She added, “If they would just show up, I’m sure no one at the door will turn them away. Unless the costume is so strong that no one recognizes them, like mine.”
Klum could have been referring to a number of elaborate costumes she’s donned over her many years as a Halloween hostess, but she most likely meant her “earthworm” costume from 2022. She was definitely unrecognizable.
The costume went immediately viral and Klum was applauded for her sense of humor, but she said her team told her it was a “crazy” idea and tried to discourage it. Thankfully, she could not be stopped.
Swift and Kelce were seen together last weekend following the Kansas City Chiefs game at an after party, where photographers snapped a shot of her with an arm around his neck. She was also photographed in the VIP box with Kelce’s mother, Donna.
It has been rumored that the pair have just started spending time together, but a source said they have already been joking about a couple’s costume. Specifically, they want to go as Barbie and Ken from the Margot Robbie-led hit.
“The whirlwind that this relationship has started is something that Taylor is familiar with, and Travis is OK with,” the insider said. “He wants to get in as much time as possible with her before she embarks on her international tour.”
They add, “Heidi Klum’s Halloween party is a very big option for them to attend, they haven’t made it 100 per cent, but since they have made things official in other ways that they have even started a relationship, they are really feeling it all out and they might want to make that night be the night they go, red carpet official.”
The new couple is entirely aware of how much scrutiny they’re already receiving.
“This is the relationship they put themselves into, and they are prepared to see it through and see where it goes and are looking to take advantage of everything it brings on the outside along with the personal enjoyment that comes from it,” the source explained.
