Billie Eilish was quick to shut down a report in The Sun claiming that she is dating tattoo artist David Enth.
The outlet had written that Eilish and Enth were spending time together in Los Angeles. “Their romance is super low-key but they have been on quite a few dates,” the source “close to the singer” alleged. “He is used to tattooing celebrities and he came highly recommended. They have really hit it off. David is very much her type because she likes a bad boy with face tattoos—her ex looked like an older version of David. It is all very new but they make a great couple.”
Eilish posted a response on her Instagram Story indicating The Sun’s report is completely off-base. “I’m so dead literally couldn’t be more single right now LMFAO what the hell is all this 💀💀” she wrote.
Eilish last dated Jesse Rutherford, from October 2022 up until this past May. Eilish’s rep announced the breakup at the time, saying, “We can confirm Billie and Jesse did split amicably and remain good friends.”
Eilish later addressed her relationship with Rutherford on her Instagram Story in August, saying they are “very very good friends only my homie forever.”
More recently, Eilish spoke to Allure in September about her relationship with fame.
When asked whether she ever wants to hide from the exposure it gives her, she said, “All the time. But I can do that. That’s the thing about diving into the hurt—I don’t need to do that. I’m starting to do better, but I’ve not been doing so great, to be honest. For a while. I have impending-doom feelings most of the day. When I think too much about it, how I can never have privacy again, it’s enough to make you want to do all sorts of crazy things. But you have to let it go.”
“There was this moment when I was in Paris, we were driving around, and I was in a bad place,” she continued. “It was not a good time for ol’ Bill. I was not getting better, and didn’t know when I would. And this motorcycle pulled up next to the car, and this guy’s helmet had a sticker on it that said in all caps, ‘Move on.’ I was sitting there like, Oh. Message received. I have a really big problem with control, so I’ve been trying to teach myself that there are things out of your control and you have to move on.”
“I have settled many times with things and people and life,” she added. “I’ve settled for less than I deserved, and I’m not going to do that anymore.”
