In a new trailer for The Kardashians released on January 17, Kim Kardashian shared some new information about her personal life. In the montage of clips, the SKIMS founder shares she’s thinking of adding some closet space to her home for a new love interest in her life.
Kardashian gestures with her arms to indicate the potential expansion, saying, “To here. I make a whole ‘his’ closet.”
Her mother, Kris Jenner, replies, “You must really like him.”
Kardashian replies, “He’ll be happy.”
While she doesn’t identify who her new beau is, Kardashian shared a bit more info in her confessional, saying, “I had the intention of staying single. I was fully lying to you guys. Me not dating, and not wanting love and attention? I don’t think you know me.”
The star has not shared much about her romantic life publicly for a while. Most recently, in late 2023, she was briefly linked to football star Odell Beckham Jr. Before that, she dated comedian Pete Davidson for nine months, who she connected with on the set of Saturday Night Live. The relationship with Davidson came after her divorce from rapper Kanye West, with whom she shared four children, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.
In October 2024, a source told People that Kardashian doesn’t have time to date with her busy schedule.
“She’s not even dating anyone now. It’s all about work and the kids,” said the insider. “Although she has help, it’s still a lot of work for her to balance and coordinate everything.”
In May 2023, Kardashian shared her perspective on love while appearing On Purpose with Jay Shetty.
“I think I’ll always be a hopeless romantic and always want to be in love and definitely love sharing my life with someone, and love creating a life with someone,” she said. “I definitely will take my time. And I think there’s so many factors, especially when you have kids and being mindful of people that enter in your life.”
She continued, “I’m really content. My babies make me happy, my family, my life. You know, experiences make me happy.”
