Bella Hadid Wore a Nude Corset Dress With a High Leg Slit on Her Balcony in Cannes, Because, Why Not?

If Rapunzel was an A-list model in Cannes, France during the city’s film festival, then she may have dressed like Bella Hadid did this afternoon on her hotel balcony. Hadid was photographed in a nude Versace lace-up corset dress with a very high leg slit from fall 2003. She waved at photographers from above.

This wasn’t Hadid’s only outfit of the day, either. She later changed into a black and white gown with Chopard jewelry for the Chopard Loves Cinema gala dinner tonight. She wore a ribbon tied into her hair.

The night before, Hadid wore two black ensembles. She wore her most dramatic look, a black vintage Versace gown, on the red carpet at the film festival for the 75th anniversary screening of The Innocent.

After, she switched into a dark fall 2001 Versace gown with a plunging neckline for the Cannes 75th anniversary dinner. Law Roach has been styling Hadid for the festival.

Hadid spoke to Vogue earlier this year about how the only plastic surgery she has had done, despite rumors suggesting otherwise, is a nose job at age 14 that she now regrets. “I wish I had kept the nose of my ancestors,” she said. “I think I would have grown into it.”

As for the rest of the claims, they’re patently false, Hadid added. “People think I fully fucked with my face because of one picture of me as a teenager looking puffy,” she explained. “I’m pretty sure you don’t look the same now as you did at 13, right? I have never used filler. Let’s just put an end to that. I have no issue with it, but it’s not for me. Whoever thinks I’ve gotten my eyes lifted or whatever it’s called—it’s face tape! The oldest trick in the book. I’ve had this impostor syndrome where people made me feel like I didn’t deserve any of this. People always have something to say, but what I have to say is, I’ve always been misunderstood in my industry and by the people around me.”
