Almost until the very end of 2021, Kanye West seemed to be hell bent on getting his ex, Kim Kardashian, back in his arms. But Kardashian is currently dating comedian Pete Davidson and sources have said it’s not happening. In a surprise turn, West spent New Year’s Eve with Uncut Gems actress Julia Fox, and they seem to be bringing their romance into 2022.
“I mean, it’s all just happening so quickly. I’m going with the universe and the flow and seeing where it takes me,” Fox told The Cut on Thursday, adding, “Where it takes all of us.”

West meets Fox for a date in Miami, where he’s putting on a surprise performance. Soon after, paparazzi confronted Fox on the beach about where her relationship with West was going, to which she simply responded, “I don’t know.”
In a later interview, she said, “I met Ye in Miami on New Year’s Eve and it was an instant connection… His energy is so fun to be around.”

The pair are seen having a candlelit dinner together also in Miami at one of West’s favorite restaurants, Carbone A source told Page Six that it was“nothing serious” and the rapper just wanted to have some fun while dealing with his divorce from Kardashian.
Later that week, Fox is seen with West in New York City. She accompanies West to see Jeremy O. Harris’s Broadway hit, Slave Play. Afterwards, they go to the NYC location of Carbone.
They then have a photoshoot with Kevin Leyva for Interview Magazine, where West dresses up Fox in outfit after outfit.
“Ye had an entire hotel suite full of clothes. It was every girl’s dream come true. It felt like a real Cinderella moment,” she wrote. “I don’t know how he did it, or how he got all of it there in time. But I was so surprised. Like, who does things like this on a second date? Or any date! Everything with us has been so organic.”

West posted his first video of Fox to Instagram, a strange clip in his Stories of Fox walking without making eye contact, wearing all black.
A source told People on Thursday, “He loves her smile and attitude,” and that Fox “is intrigued by Kanye…She is flattered by the attention and goes along with his ideas. This is why he likes her.”
