The This Is Me…Now artist was wearing wide-legged jeans and a white cropped halter top with a cut out under the bust, seen in photos taken by TMZ. She left her long hair down in beachy waves and wore sunglasses and gold jewelry.

Rumors had been circulating since May that the former couple were experiencing issues after Affleck moved out of their shared Los Angeles home, which has been listed again for over $60 million. It looked like they spent most of the summer on opposite costs with Lopez staying mainly in New York and Affleck in California.

A source told People, “She and Ben bought the house for the whole family. It’s way too big for her and filled with too many memories as well.”

They added that the divorce “really hit her hard” and that “She’s very upset and disappointed with Ben.”

Another insider told Us Weekly that things had been unraveling for a while, saying, “It was more and more apparent they weren’t a good match,” adding that they tried to “make it work” by going to therapy.

“It boiled down to [the fact that] they are two different people,” said the source. “She came to the realization things weren’t going to change and they were incompatible…Spending time apart—it became obvious it wouldn’t work.”

The source explained it was also a difference in lifestyle.

“Jennifer loves luxury, mansions, jets, yachts, red carpets and all things glamorous. Ben has never liked those things,” they explained. “Unless he is promoting work, he doesn’t like the spotlight.”
