Jennifer Lopez Shares Pics of Her First Married Thanksgiving With Ben Affleck

Culture

On Saturday evening, Jennifer Lopez shared some selects from her Thanksgiving Day out in her Hamptons home, posting an Instagram Reel of the holiday she enjoyed with family and friends. In the video, her sisters Leslie and Lynda make an appearance, as do her twins, Max and Emme. And, of course, her husband Ben Affleck is there. It was their first holiday together since becoming a married couple.

Over the collage of pics, her song “The One (Version 2)” is playing, and Lopez wears a lot of different looks. From a warm winter oufit for time at the beach to a floral dress at the table, her ensembles are all about fall weather and colors.

In one adorable photo, Lopez is taking a selfie while behind her, Affleck is looking at something with 14-year-old Max. She’s wearing her flowy, flowered dress with a gold chain necklace hung with pendants, and has her long hair down in gentle waves. She smiles at the camera, clearly enjoying the family scene behind her.

“This Is … Thanksgiving Holiday #ThisIsMeNow #PhotoDump #Family,” Lopez wrote in the caption. There isn’t much else on her Instagram page at the moment, because she cleared her timeline in order to make a big splash when she announced her upcoming album, This Is Me… Now. The title is a play on her album from 2002, This Is Me… Then. Clearly, Lopez is experiencing some symmetry in her life, since two decades ago she was also seeing Affleck.

The couple were engaged, but then broke things off. Affleck went on to marry Jennifer Garner, with whom he shares three children, Violet, Seraphina, and Sam. Lopez married musical artist Marc Anthony with whom she shares her twins. Now that they’re back together, and officially married as of July, they are melding their families beautifully.
