Meghan Markle wore a special piece from Princess Diana during the second day of her and Prince Harry’s official four-day visit to Colombia. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex spent time at Santa Fe’s Colegio La Giralda school. She dressed in a business casual outfit, pairing a Loro Piana tan blazer with Diana’s diamond and onyx butterfly earrings, according to What Meghan Wore. She finished the look off with black jeans and Chanel flats.
During their school visit, Harry and Meghan joined an art session, visited a kindergarten class, and helped plant trees in the school garden.
While visiting the kindergarteners, Meghan spoke Spanish with them. She told one student, “You’re the same age as my son Archie!” Harry also spoke Spanish with the students, asking their names and ages.
Meghan kicked off their Colombia tour by wearing a navy vest and trouser set from Veronica Beard to meet the country’s vice president, Francia Márquez.
Later on the first day, the duchess switched to a warm color palette. She wore a Johanna Ortiz pink midi dress with a middle slit for a visit to Centro Nacional de las Artes Delia Zapata Olivella:
And then she wore a copper Victoria Beckham top with matching La Ligne trousers to speak at a summit on Responsible Digital Future. She styled her hair in a ponytail and accessorized with Birks earrings:
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be in Colombia through the weekend, although details on their full schedule have not come out yet. This is Harry and Meghan’s second official state visit this year through their Archewell Foundation. They had a three-day trip to Nigeria in May, where they met students and spoke to them about mental health awareness.
