Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs won their third AFC Championship in a row. Kelce’s girlfriend, Taylor Swift, came onto the field to celebrate the milestone with her partner and ended up getting a public declaration of love in the process.
In footage taken of the couple, Kelce appears to say “I love you so much” to his partner, who responds by kissing him.
That wasn’t their only kiss either:
The Chiefs will play the Super Bowl against the Philadelphia Eagles on February 9 in New Orleans. Swift attended last year’s Super Bowl and will likely be in the crowd, cheering on her partner once more.
Earlier this month, Kelce spoke about Swift’s support of his career. “I think personally that’s the beauty of being in a really strong relationship is that you get that support to be able to focus on your craft, focus on being the best version of you,” he said on The Stephen A. Smith Show. “You know, that’s why I wanted to be at the concerts, support her and being there for her, making sure she feels comfortable and supported in everything she’s doing in life. I’m as focused as I’ve ever been on my job and being the best player I can possibly be week in and week out for this team. It’s because I don’t have to worry about things off the field.”
He added that Swift is not pushing him to retire after this season. “She’s fully encouraging me to enjoy playing this game,” the 35-year-old tight end said. “She loves coming to Arrowhead [Stadium] and coming to the games and cheering for me so I’ve got all the support in the world to keep chasing these dreams.”
