With the release of Challengers a day away, Zendaya has been squeezing as many tennis-inspired looks into the press tour as she can. On Wednesday alone, she was photographed in three different outfits.
The actress started her day off in New York City in a custom dress from the athletic brand On. The white dress featured a plunging, collared neckline, and a dramatic slit down the side of each leg. She stepped into a pair of fresh white tennis sneakers to give the look a laid-back feel. Her hair was slicked back into a sleek ponytail.
Her second outfit of the day was a bit more casual, consisting of a white and green pleated tennis skirt with a cropped quarter zip by Longchamp, and the same white sneakers. On her shoulder was a cream-colored canvas tote bag that read “Black Girls Tennis Club” in green letters. This time, her hair was secured into a ponytail with a matching green scrunchie.
When the sun went down in the city, Zendaya was dressed for a night out. She slipped into a custom white, fitted, hooded maxi dress by Alaïa, which she paired with white round-toe pumps and Bulgari jewelry. She was walking next to her stylist, Law Roach, who wore an Adidas tracksuit with a matching cap.
On Tuesday, the Challengers star shared an Instagram post documenting her time filming the movie. In the carousel, she included clips of herself training to play tennis and off-guard photos of her co-stars.
“A little bts dump in honor of @challengersmovie coming out in a couple days,” she wrote in the caption. “This is my first time leading a film in this way so ya girls been nervous but everyone’s excitement and encouragement has meant the world to me. I’m so honored that I get to do this beside these incredibly talented, brilliant (and hilarious) people and on behalf of all of us, we hope you enjoy the film and again…try not to judge the characters too much lol but also #teamtashi.”
