On Friday, Zendaya and Tom Holland visited with some students in Oakland, California, for a little basketball and fun with non-profit organization Hoopbus. The event took place in Zendaya’s hometown, and in a reel shared by actor Elvin Rodriguez, quite a crowd had gathered to watch her assist in a dunk shot.
The Euphoria star was wearing a white t-shirt under a blue and white striped button down with a pair of khaki pants. She had her hair down in with a side part and wore a pendant and pair of white sneakers. Zendaya shared a pic of her Spider-Man co-star and boyfriend in her Instagram Stories where he appears to be dribbling a ball in front of the Hoopbus itself. The actor is wearing a black “Oakland Roots” t-shirt.
Christon Staples of The Bachelorette shared a reel of himself with Holland, trying to show the latter how to spin the ball on his finger.
The couple rarely reveal much about their private life, though they of course make red carpet appearances as movie stars in the same film together. Earlier this week, Zendaya told ELLE that their privacy is deliberate and hard to maintain.
“Parts of my life, I accept, are going to be public,” she explained. “I can’t not be a person and live my life and love the person I love…But also, I do have control over what I choose to share. It’s about protecting the peace and letting things be your own but also not being afraid to exist.”
She added, “You can’t hide. That’s not fun, either. I am navigating it more than ever now.”
The pair have been rumored to be dating since 2017, and it was confirmed in 2021 when they were photographed kissing at a stoplight in Los Angeles.
